"We rented a truck online a week before we needed it. This order was not processed until the day before. Our pick up time was 10am but because the order was not processed in a timely manner, we didn't get our truck until noon as they had to drive the truck from another location. If this order would have been looked at more than 24 hours before pick up, the truck could have been transported for on-time delivery. Uhaul expects timeliness from their customers, maybe they should expect it from employees too."
